What is FSMS LA

This Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor Training has been developed as per ISO 22000:2018 standard. Audit management and auditor requirement are included based on ISO 19011:2018.

The successful completion of this course will help personnel willing to register themselves with NBQP/IRCA

Note: It is recommended that the participants have adequate knowledge of ISO 22000:2018 Standards and auditing experience, absence of which may lead to unsuccessful completion of the course and the gaps in this knowledge may not be covered in this course.

Course duration

The course duration is 5 days as per schedule provided with course material.  There will be a written examination at the end of the course. Candidates obtaining 70% or more marks in examination will be awarded the certificate of successful completion. Others would get a certificate of attendance.

Note : If agreed with the participants, online training can also be conducted on weekends subject to completion within 28 days.

Course Fees (Non-residential)

Rs.10,000/- per participant plus GST @18%. Course material will be provided in soft copy.

Special offer of 20% discount will be given for attendance of three and more participants nominated from same organization.

50% of payment shall be payable  in advance through NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Cheque / DD drawn in favour of “Vexil Business Process Services Private Limited”,  payable at New Delhi at least one week before the commencement of Training Course and Balance 50% payable on Day-1 of training Course. 

Registration:

  • Fill in the enclosed Registration form and send to us.
  • Photocopies of the registration form may be used for multiple registrations.
  • Registrations will be treated confirmed only on receipt of payment along with the form.

As a maximum only 20 candidates are to be registered per course. Registration is on first come first served basis.
